We offer regular workshops to give our students an opportunity to deepen their practice and explore different styles and approaches of yoga in a small setting. The workshops are usually 2 – 3 hours and can support you refine and advance your practice. They are a great way to build up strength, confidence and stability each month.
Our workshops include topics such as sound baths, advanced asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, acroyoga and a lot more.
